Dental Insurance Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your dental care. Most plans require coinsurance, a deductible, and non-covered procedures to be paid by the patient.If you have dental insurance, please share the information with our office before your visit, so our team can verify that you have active coverage on the date of service. Our team will submit claims to your insurance on your behalf. Insurance companies recommend that we submit a pre-estimate request for services over $300. Please note that no benefits are guaranteed to be paid until the claim is processed. We are in-network with many PPO insurance plans including, but not limited to:
We are in-network with Aetna PPO and DMO (dental HMO) plans. We are also in-network with a variety of dental savings plans. Dental Savings or Dental Discount Plans are not insurance. They utilize the provider’s contracted PPO fees and patients pay the provider directly. Members can save 15% to 50% on care from routine visits to major services.
